Pray convey to the family of late Mr. Carnegie the heartfelt condolences of the Bulgarian Peace Delegation. The Bulgarian nation gratefully remembers that in a tragic hour of its history truth was reestablished and justice done to Bulgaria mainly thanks to the devoted efforts of an institution bearing his honoured name.
